The Festival of Business is being held the Chelmsford City Racecourse, Great Leighs Chelmsford CM3 1QP.

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, Chelmsford City Racecourse is situated in Great Leighs, 5 miles north of Chelmsford in the heart of Essex. Only 50 miles from central London, Chelmsford City Racecourse easily accessible by most transport and offers free parking to all customers.

The postcode for the main car park is CM3 1QP. We advise entering Chelmsford City Racecourse into Google Maps as the postcode is not compatible with some Sat Navs.

BY CAR

The racecourse site has excellent transport links via the A131, A120 and M11. The car park is situated at the Main Entrance off the A131 bypass. Parking is FREE on the day.
 

BY BUS

There are two public buses from Chelmsford Bus Station, the No. 70 and No. 352 which run through Great Leighs and on to Braintree. Due to the nature of the busy A131 the racecourse does not recommend accessing the racecourse on foot from Great Leighs.
 

BY TRAIN

The nearest train station to the racecourse is Chelmsford Station.
The station is approximately a 20 minute drive from the racecourse.
